TalentCulture asked me to create new logos, recreate their existing logo in several formats, and help redesign their website. Then, TC’s marketing guru asked me to help design the new ads that show up in the sidebar. She provided me with the headline and call-to-action, with some ideas she had for images. With this information, I began creating the template and final rotating ads, refining them until all of us were happy.
Once the ads were created, I used those to create a template for future TalentCulture.com advertisers, and then created the new TalentCulture Ad for the Achievers.com site.
